Can I pause or skip a box?
You can pause your box shipments at anytime by going into your account. Because each box is packed just for you, we require some notice to pause your boxes. For weekly subscriptions we require 2 weeks notice, and for twice a month and monthly subscriptions, you must cancel by the first Monday of the month at 6pm to ensure you are not charged for that month. At this point we do not have ability to skip a box, but if you’ve pause your subscription and would like to start receiving your boxes again, you can do so by updating your account.
